What kind of Documents do I need? - a short Checklist
Of course there's a lot of paperwork to take care of. The really important things to have ready are the following:
- The visa for you and all the people travelling with you
- A passport or equivalent document
- A confirmation of medical insurance, if your insurance is valid abroad.
- Certified copies of your birth certificate, doctorate, marriage certificates
- An explanation of any special illnesses you have or medications you're taking
- Vaccination certificate, preferably an international version
- Passport photographs for identity documents
